Lists Administration: Add a privileged user

  1. With your privileged account, sign in to ** **
  2. Click Users beneath Authentication and Authorization
  3. Click the user you wish to change
  4. Scroll to Permissions and check Superuser status. Additionally check Staff status if they will similarly need to change user permissions.  
  5. Scroll to the bottom and press SAVE
