I got a new phone and need to activate DUO Mobile on it.
You need to verify your identity to the helpdesk. You'll need to present your Student/Faculty/Staff ID either in person at ERC 2200A or CAMP 171A or via a Zoom video conference. If neither of these options is possible, you can verify your information over the phone.
When contacting the helpdesk over the phone, be prepared to verify at least two of the following pieces of information.

Your options are:
Borrow a DUO hardware token
Request a temporary PASSCODE
