Forward your phone number

Forward from your own extension

  1.  Pick up your handset and dial *14 +
    1. Example (To another on campus extension) For example, you want to forward your extension to extension 4567 you would pickup your handset, dial *14 + 4567.
    2. Example (To a local off-campus phone number) For example, you want to forward your extension to the external number 315-261-1234 you would pickup your handset, dial *14 + 9 + 3152611234
  2. To remove forward, enter #14

Forward another person's extension:

  1. Pick up your handset and dial **14 +****
    1. Example (To another on campus extension) For example, you want to forward extension 1234 to extension 4567 you would pickup your handset, dial **14 + 1234 + 4567.
    2. Example (To a local off-campus phone number) For example, you want to forward extension 1234 to the external number 315-261-1234 you would pickup your handset, dial **14 + 1234 + 9+ 3152611234
  2. To remove forward pick up your handset, enter ##14
