Set correct resolution in Lecture Halls

Problem

Screen resolution settings are important for successful Echo Captures.  Failed Echo Captures can result if the correct resolution is not maintained. 

Solution

Changing resolution in Lecture Halls:

  1. Right-click on the desktop and select Intel Graphics Settings
  2. Select Display
  3. Select the Digital Television Extron hdmi, and set the resolution to 1280x720.  Make sure Scaling is set to Maintain Display scaling.  Hit Apply.
