Retrieving the log for the Cloudpaging Player

Use Case:

When troubleshooting application issues with unknown causes, especially on BYOD (Personal) devices. This log provides insight as to what is happening and causing the issue.

 

Process

  1. Open the Cloudpaging Player

  2. Click File then Options then Log then View Log

  3. Save this file to a location you can locate easily, such as your desktop. 
  4. Upload this file to the support ticket.

    Note: You can also just upload the StreamingCore.log file directly from C:\ProgramData\Endeavors Technologies\StreamingCore\Log
