Retrieving the log for the Cloudpaging Player
Use Case:
When troubleshooting application issues with unknown causes, especially on BYOD (Personal) devices. This log provides insight as to what is happening and causing the issue.
Process
- Open the Cloudpaging Player
- Click File then Options then Log then View Log
- Save this file to a location you can locate easily, such as your desktop.
- Upload this file to the support ticket.
Note: You can also just upload the StreamingCore.log file directly from C:\ProgramData\Endeavors Technologies\StreamingCore\Log
