Microsoft Office Not Activated

Connect to the VPN client. Open Forticlient and "Connect to Clarkson VPN"

Close all Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Go to the administrative command prompt:

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right click on Command Prompt and Run As Administrator. That will produce a black command prompt window.
  2. At the prompt (c:\windows\system32) enter cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
  3. At the prompt, c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16>, enter cscript ospp.vbs /act. This should display a screen that looks like this:
