Printing Balance

The Office of Information Technology provides a number of high-speed laser printers located in each public access computing facility across campus. All students and faculty receive a printing quota on public access network printers. 

At the start of each semesters/quarter, $24.00 is deposited into student Printer Accounts.  (This equates to 300 pages of black and white printing at .08/page.)

  • Black & white printing is $0.08/page
  • Color printing is $0.45/page.
  • Large format poster printing is available for a nominal fee: Poster Printing

Students can add more funds to their printing balance by going to the IT HelpDesk, in CAMP room 171A.  Payment is made by charging the student's account.

Rates for non student accounts vary. 

NOTE:  Printer accounting funds DO NOT carry over from semester to semester.
