Office 365 Login Changes

OIT has updated the login process for Office 365.  This page is a reference to an email message sent to all people with Clarkson Office365 accounts prior to the change. On Thursday, June 7, 2018  OIT sent the following message to current Office365 users:

Subject: Office 365 login changes

<<Firstname>>

You are receiving this notice because you appear to have an active Office365 account. On Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 4:00 AM, OIT will be updating the password that you use to sign-in to Clarkson's Office 365 environment. Your username will still be your Clarkson email address and you will still sign-in the same way that you do today. But, beginning on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 7:30 AM, your password will be synchronized so that it matches your Google/Active Directory password.

After this change goes into effect, you will not need to remember a separate password for your Office365 account. In the future, when you change the password for your Clarkson account, your Office365 password will change also.

As always, if you have questions or concerns please contact the IT HelpDesk by phone at 315-268-HELP or by email at helpdesk@clarkson.edu
