Event AV Support Request
Generally speaking, AV support for university events is provided free of charge during regular working hours. Events that occur during evening and weekend hours are subject to charges including equipment rental fees. A minimum two-week notice is required for scheduling purposes.

We have made efforts to move events in some locations toward being "self-service" where there are systems permanently installed in place. Here is a breakdown of what is available.
