Clearing the Cloudpaging Cache

Use Case:

When troubleshooting application issues with unknown causes, especially on BYOD (Personal) devices. Clearing the cache will remove all AppsAnywhere Cloudpaging related data from the player. 

Process

  1. Open the Cloudpaging Player

  2. Select each application and then click Remove until you have no applications in your Cloudpaging player

  3. Click File then Options then Cache then Clear Cache
