This article describes the policy related to course availability for students on Moodle

Course Availability:

Courses are available to students up to 48 months (4 years) from the term start date. Some exceptions do apply. 

Students should save any desired materials to a personal alternate storage location for accessing items long term such as submitted assignments, instructor feedback, links and other course resources.
