AskSirMoodle, a new AI Chat Bot, is here to help instructors and students make the most of their work in Moodle and save time! Ready when you are, the bot provides guidance and resources to everyday questions that help when you need it. For more complex inquiries, the AI bot escalates directly to our Help Desk where a live technician will assist. This bot is designed to help you use Moodle as a technology platform. The bot is not a study support or aid for academic purposes.
Get early access! AskSirMoodle will pilot this Fall 2026. Data received during the pilot will be used to improve the bot and to measure impact. Pilot is now open to all instructors and students who sign up. Commitment is low, benefits are high. Those in the pilot will be asked to provide feedback on their experience. A full launch is planned for the Spring 2027.
