Import Enrolls in Moodle

Summary:

Teachers can use the Import Enrolls function to enroll a batch of students from a csv data file into non catalog courses or to create groups within a course.

This Guide Will Help You to:

  • Complete a manual bulk enrollment using Import Enrolls function

Import Enrolls

  1. In Course Administration, expand Users, and locate Import Enrolls.

  2. Make sure you have a .csv file with usernames or email addresses. This will need to be a CSV file (all other filetypes will not work). 
  3. Import your file with the filepicker and then click "Import"
