Procedure for Mailing Notecards to Applicants Accepted for Admissions

If you do not already have Notecards, you will draft a note to the applicant accepted for admissions congratulating them and telling them a little about yourself as their Graduate Coordinator. This draft will be given to Amy Nevin for final approval and she will order the cards

On a bi-weekly basis, login into the Slate system and under Queries/Reports find your “Notecard needs to be sent” report

In Slate/Dashboard search on Peoplesoft ID number for each person listed on the report.

Under Profile Tab in Slate you will locate Address information for envelope and on the card, write your name

Once Notecard is complete, in Slate/Dashboard go under Timeline and enter “New Interaction” Insert Code “Notecard Sent” from dropdown. Optional, under subject line enter date mailed
