checking loans aren't higher can COA

1. Go to the "Financial Aid" tab. We can see loans have been added as well as a couple of scholarships. Go to "Assign Awards to a Student".

2. Hit the "Term Summary" tab.

3. Check to make sure the "Total Aid" is NOT higher than the Institutional Term COA/Federal Term COA.

If the Total Aid is higher than the Institutional Term COA/Federal Term COA, email the Financial Aid Office to let them know so they can reduce the student's loan.
