Time Card Configuration
The Combination Code associated with Fund 100, Department Number, 2176 FWS, Department Program Code needs to be entered in Budgets. The Department e-Time Admin has the security access to enter this data.
E-Time Card Management
Within the header of the student's time card, the Remaining Federal Work Study Funds as of Today is shown if the student is work-study eligible. To charge the wages to FWS, the Combination Code associated with Fund 100, Department Number, 2176 FWS, Department Program Code needs to be selected.
