Candidate Tasks

1) For folders #1 - 4, upload all final documents you wish to have included in your file for review.  

2) Complete activity #5 as instructed.

3) External and/or Testimonial Reviews may be Optional. Meet with your File Preparer to determine whether or not to include. 

For Teaching Track Promotions:

1. None required for Associate Professor since the standard in 5.9.A.3.c requires Evident Teaching which can be evaluated internally.  External evaluations or testimonials may be included at the discretion of the candidate and file preparer.

2.  A minimum of 3 external evaluations for the rank of Professor since the standard in 5.9.A.4c requires "significant contributions to the improvement of teaching as recognized by experts in the field."

For Clinical Track Promotions: Not required, but may be included at the discretion of the candidate and file preparer.
