Moodle course access can be available for Faculty:up to 48 months from the time the course opens.

Files or videos stop working because of contract terms, software changes or other technical reasons. ex) Moodle version updates may result in issues like quiz questions and others to stop working. Support for materials or tools used in a course past the term end date is not provided.
Upon departing Clarkson, Moodle course access will terminate according to Clarkson's Account Deactivation Policy.
A Moodle course has a life cycle that is 48 months after the course opens. At the end of 48 months, courses are purged from Moodle and permanently deleted. Course content can not be retrieved after this time.
