Add a Course Image to your Course for Display on the Dashboard

A great location to find images that don't require attribution: Pixabay

From within your course:
  1. Turn Editing OnOn.
  2. Click SettingsSettings in the Course AdministrationAdministration block on the right side of your course.
  3. Scroll down and expand to Description section.
  4. In the Course image area, click the AddFile icon.icon
  5. Browse to locate the image you would like to add.
  6. Click Save and display at the bottom of the page.
