Reset user account for external account in Learn

If you are external to Clarkson (don't have a clarkson.edu email address) and have forgotten your username or password or did not receive your account creation email, follow the steps below to reset your account.

  1. Navigate to https://learn.clarkson.edu/login/forgot_password.php
  2. Enter either your username or your email address.

  3. Click Search.
  4. You will receive a message with instructions to check your email for the password reset information.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact learnhelp@clarkson.edu
