Course Availability:

~~Moodle~~Student ~~course availability is turned off~~access to ~~students~~courses in Moodle expire starting 14fourteen days after final grades are posted at the end of ~~the~~each semester or quarter term.

Example:

Fall semester -

- December 18: Final grades available.
- January 1: Courses no longer available.

Students Storage:

~~OIT~~save ~~stores~~any ~~the~~desired ~~previous~~materials 5to ~~full~~a ~~semesters~~personal ofalternate ~~courses~~storage inlocation ~~Moodle.~~for ~~Anything~~accessing ~~older~~items ~~than~~long 5term ~~semesters~~such oras ~~2.5~~submitted ~~years~~assignments, isinstructor ~~purged~~feedback, ~~from Moodle~~links and ~~permanently deleted. Courses content can not be retrieved.~~

~~Instructors can create a back up copy of~~other course ~~content~~resources. ~~for longer term storage.~~
