This article describes the policy related to course availability to students and the length of time courses are stored on Moodle.

A Moodle course availabilityhas a life cycle that is turned48 off to students starting 14 daysmonths after finalthe gradescourse areopens. posted atAt the end of the48 term.months, courses are purged from Moodle and permanently deleted. Course content can not be retrieved after this time.
Example - Fall semester:
December 18: Final grades available.January 1: Courses no longer available.
(Exception: Student - With Incomplete: Students who have ana incompletelife statuscycle and/orthat needis 48 months after the course opens. are stored for a period of 48 months. Active students and faculty may access their Moodle courses
to students and their instructors for a courseperiod of a48 previousmonths semester. Contactafter the HelpDesk)course
