Moodle Course Life Cycle

Summary

This article describes the length of time courses are stored on Moodle. 

Course Access for Faculty:

A Moodle course has a life cycle that is 48 months after the course opens. At the end of 48 months, courses are purged from Moodle and permanently deleted. Course content can not be retrieved after this time.
