schemes, such as making a final exam worth 50% of the grade, even if it has the same number of points as a smaller assignment.  Weights must match the grading strategy outlined in the course syllabus, ensuring the final grade accurately reflects the instructor's intended weight for different types of work.

Steps

  1. On the left,left side of the page, click Grade Report-Report-scroll down to Gradebook set up:.

  1. Click on the ellipse on the right side of the item you want to change.

  2. ClickFrom the drop down, click Edit Category.

  3. Make necessary changes:

    1. Change the aggregation

    2. Change the weight


  1. Save the changes

5. Save the changes.
