Forum: How to View All Responses by Student

Problem:How to: 

When an instructor would like to view all posts made by one person in an advancedforum forum.simply click on the Grade Users button.

Answer:Steps

    1. From your course page, click into the forum.
    2. OnScroll to the lowerbottom leftof handthe menu, under Forum Administration, click on View Posters.
    3. Here you can see who has posted,forum, and who has replied.
    4. To see a students posts from this screen, click on the student'sGrade nameUsers button:

  1. You'llNote seethat on the Grade Users screen, you will be able to view a student's profileposts screen,all thenat lookonce underor Miscellaneous,within context.
  2. You can also give the student a grade here which will automatically transfer to the gradebook.
  3. Navigate to the next student and click Advanced Forum Posts.repeat!

Other ways: Instructors can always run a report on any student or activity in the course. With editing on, access the Administration block on the right of the course homepage, expand the Reports option and choose the type of report you want to run.
