Course Import: Updating External Tool Links

For those importing Moodle courses from prior semesters, please note:  External Links will need to be re-linked to the intended tool.

When you import, External Links revert to the default option and looks like this:   

You'll need to select the tool of choice.  In this case, we want to reconnect with Echo360.  We select Echo360 and Save Changes.

When we return to the Moodle course page, and click the External Link we just updated - it will take us to the tool to complete the connection.

In the case of Echo360, we confirm the correct course is appears, and then choose to link to the Section Home (all recordings in the desired section) or Link to a Classroom (individual recordings).

If you clicked Link to a Classroom, you can select desired recording and save.
