Microsoft Office Not Activated

Connect to the VPN client. GOpenOpen Forticlient and "Connect to Clarkson VPN"

Go to the administrative command prompt:

  1. Close all Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    2. Go to the administrative command prompt:

    1. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right click on Command Prompt and Run As Administrator. That will produce a black command prompt window.
    2. At the prompt (c:\windows\system32) enter cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
    3. At the prompt, c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16>, enter cscript ospp.vbs /act. This should display a screen that looks like this:
