Microsoft Office Not Activated

Connect to the VPN client. GoGOpen Forticlient and "Connect to StartClarkson > Programs > Cisco AnyConnect VPN and connect to the server, cuvpn.clarkson.edu with your AD username and password.VPN"

Go to the administrative command prompt:

1. Close all Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right click on Command Prompt and Run As Administrator. That will produce a black command prompt window.
3. At the prompt (c:\windows\system32) enter cd c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16
   1. (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16)Office16
4. At the prompt, c:\program files (x86)\microsoft office\office16>, enter cscript ospp.vbs /act. This should display a screen that looks like this:
