I got a new phone and need to activate DUO Mobile on it.
You need to comeverify your identity to the helpdeskhelpdesk. You'll need to present your Student/Faculty/Staff ID either in person at either ERC 2200A or CAMP 171A withor via a Zoom video conference. If neither of these options is possible, you can verify your Student/Faculty/Staffinformation ID.over the Afterphone.
When your identity, a support representative will be able to remove your old phone from DUO and send you a link to reactivate it.
If you are not able to come in person, contactcontacting the helpdesk viaover the phone and they willphone, be to assist you remotely. Be prepared to verify at least two of the following pieces of information.

My phone is lost/broken and I need a temporary DUO solution.
Your options are:

Borrow a DUO hardware token

Request a temporary PASSCODE
