Duo Options

I got a new phone and need to activate DUO Mobile on it.

You need to come to the helpdesk at either ERC 2200A or CAMP 171A with your Student/Faculty/Staff ID.  After verifying your identity, a support representative will be able to remove your old phone from DUO and send you a link to reactivate it. 

If you are not able to come in person, contact the helpdesk via the phone and they will be to assist you remotely.  Be prepared to verify at least two of the following pieces of information.  Your Student ID#, Date of Birth, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, your PIN, or your Passphrase.

  • Iis lost/broke my phonebroken and I need a temporary DUO solution.

  • Your options are:

    • Borrow a DUO hardware token

    • Request a temporary PASSCODE

    In either case, you need to verify your identity to the helpdesk.  You'll need to present your Student/Faculty/Staff ID either in person at ERC 2200A or CAMP 171A or by a Zoom video conference.  If neither of these options are possible, you can verify your information over the phone.

    When contacting the helpdesk over the phone, be prepared to verify at least two of the following pieces of information. 

    • Your Student ID#

    • Date of Birth

    • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

    • Your PIN

    • Your Passphrase.
