PointSolutions Account Start Up - for Students

PointSolutions by Echo360 (formerly Turning Point) is a polling app required in some Clarkson University courses for in class engagement activities.

Check the course description in Peoplesoft for required course materials. If required, students need to purchase a license to access the PointSolutions polling app. The PointSolutions app will run on your smartphone or laptop device.  If students prefer, they can elect to also purchase a clicker handheld device to run the polling app. 

Students may purchasespurchase through the Clarkson Bookstore or Echo360's webstore by logging in with their Clarkson username and password. This resource is a guide for students to help them through the webstore purchase process. 

After purchase, Students complete these steps at the start of each term:

Students must complete the following one-time operation at the start of the semester:

1. In Moodle, click to the course where you are asked to use PointSolutions.
2. Click the Point Solutions Clicker Registration link in the course.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the license registration process.
