PointSolutions Account Start Up - for Students

PointSolutions by Echo360 (formerly Turning Point) is a polling app usedrequired in some Clarkson University courses for in class engagement activities.

PointSolutions is a required course material in some courses at Clarkson University. Check the course description in Peoplesoft for required course materials. StudentsIf required, students need to purchase a license to access the PointSolutions polling app and may opt to purchase a clicker handheld devise to run the polling app. The PointSolutions app will run on your smartphone or laptop device.  If students prefer, they can elect to also purchase a clicker handheld device to run the polling app. 

PurchasesStudents canmay be madepurchases through the Clarkson Bookstore or Echo360's webstore by logging in with their Clarkson username and password. This resource is a guide for students to help them through the webstore purchase process. 

After purchase, Students complete these steps at the start of each term:

Students must complete the following one-time operation at the start of the semester:

1. In Moodle, click to the course where you are asked to use PointSolutions.
2. Click the Point Solutions Clicker Registration link in the course.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the license registration process.
