Create an Assignment

This tutorial shows how to create an Assignment from within a topic in Moodle.

Step-by-step guide

To create an Assignment:

  1. Click Turn editing on.
  2. Click Add an activity or resourcewithin the topic area you would like to add the forum into.
  3. Select Assignment then click Add.
  4. You must at least enter an Assignment name and should also check the Availability and Submission Types settings.
  5. After you've finished setting up the Assignment, click Save and display to view it.
