Create an Assignment

This tutorial shows how to create an Assignment from within a topic in Moodle.

Step-by-step guide

To create an Assignment:

1. Go to your course. Turn Editing On.

2. Click Add an Activity or Resource within the topic area you would like to add the Assignment into.

3. Select Assignment.

4. Enter an Assignment name and should also check the Availability and Submission Types settings.

5. After you've finished setting up the Assignment, click Save and Display to view it.
