Syllabus Template
The syllabus is the one-stop shop for locating essential information about the course. It is necessary that the syllabus be clearly organized, complete, and consistent with the course so that students may quickly locate information such as how communication takes place and how their grades are determined.
The TLC has developed a syllabus template based on Clarkson information, industry best practices, and standards from the Quality Matters Higher Education Rubric 2014.
Instructors are encouraged to keep major sections and headings in order to ensure accuracy and consistency.
