MLC 104 Plus

The university primarily uses Extron equipment for classroom and meeting spaces.  The MLC 104 Plus pictured below is the standard controller for many of the standard classrooms on campus.

The main functions of the controller are to turn the room display (either a projector or a TV) On/Off, selecting the source that you want to send to the display (PC, HDMI, or USB-C_ and then control the volume of the source audio for in-room amplification.

Please note, the Volume control is a Range-Based adjustment. 

  • Single blinking green light = Mute/0%Volume
  • Blinking red light = 100% Volume

The MLC 104 Plus, while still widely used on campus, is not a discontinued model.  The new model is the MLC Plus 100.
