Echo 360: Lecture Capture in the Classroom
Clarkson classrooms are equipped to record presenter's content, audio & video using Echo 360. Recordings are scheduled in advance (one-time or recurring) and students view recordings online. Instructors can link to recordings within Moodle to share with students only, or share access publicly. OIT can assist you with selecting the option that is right for you.
Getting Started:
To schedule Echo360 captures for each class period: Prior to each term, instructors submit request via Peoplesoft Faculty Center.
To activate Echo LIVE, Instructors must submit request to helpdesk@clarkson.edu (include course, schedule and room). More about Echo LIVE: Live Streaming for Instructors, Viewing Live Streamed Classes
To record only select event(s), submit request to helpdesk@clarkson.edu with dates, times and location. Allow 1-2 business days for schedule set up.
